The sheep and cattle raised by Parker Pastures spend all their days on organically certified mountain valley pastures in Gunnison, Colorado. Like all of the producers listed here, the animals both grass-fed and grass finished. They are processed at a family owned USDA facility and each cut has complete traceability.
