Belcampo's pastured meats are raised on 25,000 acres of pristine farmland in Northern California at the base of Mt. Shasta. They own their processing facility, retail shops and restaurants (in Northern and Southern California and New York's Hudson Yards). Their meat is raised entirely on their farm, delivered to their doors from their plant, and prepared by their butchers and chefs. Belcampo's CEO Anya Fernald's vision is to build a climate-positive meat supply built on human health, animal welfare, taste, transparency and no middlemen.
